As I watched the demo, I thought about how ongoing maintenance is now even more critical to provide accurate information. By consistently making modifications, your CRM stays aligned to your business objectives and continues to optimise revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. And, by documenting these changes, you can make future migrations less cost-prohibitive and less risky.
