Are we there yet, when will we arrive? Is a CRM ever finished?

A CRM isn’t a project to be delivered, it requires consistent maintenance and strategic investment for the long-term success of your business.

CRM is a business strategy that optimises revenue and profitability while promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty, rather than a piece of technology. Leading-edge CRM programmes I've worked on in the pas

t, would now be classed as #RevOps (which can also be mistaken for technology).

#HubSpot released #ChatSpot and #Content Assistant this week which will undoubtedly will revolutionise the user experience and is the next phase in the CRM journey.

As I watched the demo, I thought about how ongoing maintenance is now even more critical to provide accurate information. By consistently making modifications, your CRM stays aligned to your business objectives and continues to optimise revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. And, by documenting these changes, you can make future migrations less cost-prohibitive and less risky.
