Use of Personal Information
Indigo Iris respects your privacy and does not collect and store any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail, completing an online form or providing comment and feedback. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When you submit personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.

Indigo Iris uses a third-party provider, "WIX" to host and manage the website. Any transfer to a third country, outside the European Union will be undertaken in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) set out in Appendix 1 of the Wix Data Processing Agreement (DPA) 

Indigo Iris uses HubSpot to capture information to communicate with website visitors who have expressed an interest in Indigo Iris. HubSpot is a US company and certified under SCCs as the legal mechanism to transfer customer data from the EU.
